Siempre se nos ha dicho que debemos tomar leche para tener huesos fuertes y a pesar de que es verdad, hay otros nutrientes que tambi\u00e9n son esenciales para la salud de nuestros huesos como la vitamina D, el magnesio, la vitamina C, la vitamina K, los \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3, prote\u00ednas, entre otros. Aqu\u00ed tenemos 8 alimentos que contribuyen a nuestra salud \u00f3sea. <\/em><\/p>

Pimientos<\/strong><\/p>

Los pimientos son altos en vitamina C, esta vitamina es necesaria para la formaci\u00f3n de col\u00e1geno el cual contribuye a la salud \u00f3sea. Los alimentos altos en vitamina C en general son buenos para los huesos, como los c\u00edtricos y las bayas.<\/p>

Higos<\/strong><\/p>

Los higos contienen minerales y vitaminas que son esenciales para la salud \u00f3sea. Son altos en calcio y potasio. 100 gr de higos tienen alrededor de 40 mg de calcio y 100 gr de higos secos alrededor de 180 mg. <\/p>

Espinaca<\/strong><\/p>

La espinaca es una de las plantas m\u00e1s nutritivas. Es buena para los huesos porque es rica en calcio y vitaminas A, C y K. <\/p>

Casta\u00f1as de Caj\u00fa<\/strong><\/p>

Las casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa o anacardos son una buena fuente de magnesio. El magnesio es muy importante para nuestra salud \u00f3sea ya que este mineral ayuda en la absorci\u00f3n del calcio en los huesos.<\/p>

Salm\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>

El salm\u00f3n es rico en vitamina D y \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3 que los huesos necesitan para mantenerse fuertes y saludables, y tambi\u00e9n es una excelente fuente de prote\u00ednas.<\/p>

Esp\u00e1rragos<\/strong><\/p>

Los esp\u00e1rragos son ricos en calcio y muy altos en magnesio. Tambi\u00e9n son una excelente fuente de vitaminas A, K y C.<\/p>

Nueces<\/strong><\/p>

Las nueces son una buena fuente de calcio, prote\u00ednas y magnesio. Tambi\u00e9n son altos en \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3. Si buscas bajar de peso no te excedas ya que son altas en calor\u00edas.<\/p>

Almendras<\/strong><\/p>

Las almendras son buena fuente de calcio, pero tambi\u00e9n son ricas en magnesio, manganeso, hierro, potasio y vitamina E, adem\u00e1s es buena fuente de grasas saludables.<\/p>

Recuerda tomar unos 15 minutos de sol al d\u00eda para obtener vitamina D, pero debe ser durante la ma\u00f1ana ya que el sol no es tan fuerte. <\/p>
