Soya<\/h3>
Los niveles de estr\u00f3genos disminuyen en la menopausia, por esto es recomendable consumir alimentos ricos en fitoestr\u00f3genos, ya que \u00e9stos se comportan de manera similar al estr\u00f3geno en el cuerpo. La soya contiene isoflavonas, un fitoestr\u00f3geno que ayuda a aliviar los sofocos. Consume alimentos como el tofu, el tempeh y el miso.<\/p>
Linaza<\/h3>
Una semilla aliada y beneficiosa para aliviar los s\u00edntomas es la linaza, ya que es una buena fuente de lignanos (fitoestr\u00f3geno) que tienden a equilibrar las hormonas femeninas. Tambi\u00e9n es buena fuente de \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3. Aunque el aceite de linaza tiene mayor cantidad de omega 3, los lignanos s\u00f3lo se encuentran presentes en las semillas.<\/p>
Vitamina D<\/h3>
La salud \u00f3sea se ve afectada durante la menopausia por esto es importante consumir alimentos que fortalezcan nuestros huesos como el calcio, pero la vitamina D es tan importante como el calcio para la salud \u00f3sea, ya que sin esta vitamina el cuerpo no puede absorber el calcio. Una buena fuente de vitamina D es el sol, pero no te expongas en las horas m\u00e1s calurosas es mejor en la ma\u00f1ana y unos 15 minutos al d\u00eda ser\u00e1n suficientes sobre todo si lo complementas con alimentos como pescados azules (salm\u00f3n, caballa) que tambi\u00e9n son buena fuente de vitamina D.<\/p>
Ginseng<\/h3>
Otro s\u00edntoma que se puede presentar son problemas para dormir y la disminuci\u00f3n del estado an\u00edmico, algunos estudios han encontrado que el ginseng aumenta el estado de \u00e1nimo y mejora el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>
Consejo<\/h2>
Recuerda mantenerte activa y ejercitarte a diario, mant\u00e9n una alimentaci\u00f3n sana evitando alimentos procesados y aumenta el consumo de frutas y verduras ricas en antioxidantes.<\/p>
