Aumenta el consumo de prote\u00edna, pescados grasos (omega 3), minerales como Hierro, Zinc, Magnesio, vitamina C y vitaminas del complejo B.<\/p>Si lo crees necesario puedes incluir un suplemento de biotina ya que ayuda a fortalecer cabello y u\u00f1as.<\/p>
