Beber agua puede parecer muy sencillo, pero la verdad es que hay toda una ciencia detr\u00e1s.<\/strong><\/p>

Siempre hemos escuchado sobre la importancia de beber agua durante el d\u00eda, ya que el agua desempe\u00f1a un papel importante en nuestra salud al favorecer la eliminaci\u00f3n de toxinas y desechos, apoyar el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, aumentar el metabolismo y mejorar la digesti\u00f3n, etc. adem\u00e1s el agua ayuda a que los nutrientes de los alimentos que consumimos lleguen a nuestra sangre y a todos los \u00f3rganos de nuestro cuerpo (incluida la piel), pero:<\/p>

\u00bfCu\u00e1nta agua realmente necesito?<\/strong><\/p>

La cantidad de agua depende de cada persona, no todos necesitan la misma cantidad, pero para tener una idea puedes aplicar la siguiente f\u00f3rmula.<\/p>

35 ml (agua) x Kilo de peso<\/p>

Por ejemplo, si pesas 60 kilos debes multiplicar 35 x 60= 2.100, (2.1), es decir, 2 litros y 100 ml de agua, pero esta es una cantidad base sin contar el agua de los alimentos, adem\u00e1s en ciertos casos debemos aumentar la cantidad de agua, por ejemplo, cuando hace calor o si vives en un lugar c\u00e1lido, si haces deporte, durante el embarazo, si fumas o bebes alcohol en exceso, en caso de enfermedades, etc.<\/p>

\u00bfCada cu\u00e1nto debo beber agua?<\/strong><\/p>

Para obtener todos los beneficios del agua no basta s\u00f3lo con beber 2 litros al d\u00eda, sino que es recomendable beber agua por vasos a lo largo del d\u00eda; es decir, al levantarse, durante la ma\u00f1ana, durante la tarde y en la noche, tambi\u00e9n se aconseja beber agua por sorbos (y no tragar agua en gran cantidad) ya que de esta forma el cuerpo se mantendr\u00e1 hidratado correctamente.<\/p>

Deshidrataci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>

Algunos s\u00edntomas de deshidrataci\u00f3n leve son: sed, sentir la boca seca, dolor de cabeza y cansancio, y en casos m\u00e1s severos: mareos, presi\u00f3n baja y aceleraci\u00f3n del ritmo card\u00edaco.<\/p>

Muchas veces se confunden las ganas de comer con sed, as\u00ed que, si crees tener hambre, bebe un vaso de agua y si contin\u00faas con apetito come algo. Tambi\u00e9n algunos dolores de cabeza pueden ser por falta de agua. Debes aprender a escuchar y entender tu cuerpo.<\/p>

Recuerda que a trav\u00e9s de los alimentos tambi\u00e9n recibimos agua, algunos de los alimentos con m\u00e1s agua son: Pepino, Sand\u00eda, Pi\u00f1a, Lechuga, Tomate, Apio, Mel\u00f3n, Pera, Pomelo, Espinaca, Zapallo italiano (zapallito), Pimientos.<\/p>
