Los l\u00edderes se enfrentan a una tasa creciente de cambios y complejidad, por lo que necesitan encontrar maneras de manejarlos. Guiar el proceso del cambio en una compa\u00f1\u00eda se ha tornado muy diferente de c\u00f3mo era hace 20 a\u00f1os. Sin previsi\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n, las organizaciones sucumben ante obst\u00e1culos que son t\u00edpicamente previsibles y evitables. La resistencia al cambio ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s alta donde no se ha logrado comunicar efectivamente la necesidad del cambio, y donde los beneficios de este no son comprendidos por todos.<\/em><\/p>

CUIDADO CON:<\/strong><\/p>

EMPEZAR DEMASIADO TARDE<\/strong><\/p>

La presi\u00f3n de actuar r\u00e1pido socava los valores y la cultura. Los l\u00edderes toman decisiones dr\u00e1sticas sin el tiempo suficiente para explorar las alternativas. Desaparecen los valores de participaci\u00f3n, implicaci\u00f3n o preocupaci\u00f3n por los dem\u00e1s, y crece el cinismo.<\/p>

NO CONTAR CON UNA ESTRATEGIA GANADORA<\/strong><\/p>

El mejor programa de cambio en el mundo no servir\u00e1 de nada si tu organizaci\u00f3n no cuenta con la estrategia que la llevar\u00e1 a donde quiere llegar.<\/p>

OSTENTACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>

Los grandes cambios y nuevos programas con frecuencia son anunciados con grandes eventos, pero al final es muy poco lo que sucede. La energ\u00eda y entusiasmo iniciales se disipan, nunca se identifican cambios espec\u00edficos y mucho menos se implementan, no se alcanza ning\u00fan resultado, los gerentes no se adaptan o surge algo mejor que conduce a un nuevo lanzamiento y a un nuevo caso de ostentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

LOS EMPLEADOS SE ENTERAN PRIMERO POR LOS MEDIOS<\/strong><\/p>

Los periodistas investigan la informaci\u00f3n y esta se puede filtrar a los medios antes de que se enteren los empleados. Los gerentes medios lucen tontos y desinformados. Los empleados se sienten insultados y dejados por fuera.<\/p>

FALLAR EN LA CREACI\u00d3N DE UN CASO CONVINCENTE SOBRE LA URGENCIA DEL CAMBIO<\/strong> <\/p>

Lo que es obvio para los l\u00edderes puede no serlo para otros jugadores clave. \u00bfCu\u00e1n real y significativo es el caso del cambio? Fallar en la creaci\u00f3n de un sentido de urgencia<\/p>

hace que un movimiento de cambio pierda impulso antes de tener oportunidad de comenzar. Establecer un sentido real de urgencia sin crear una emergencia es el primer objetivo a lograr para superar la rutina diaria del negocio.<\/p>

ENFOCARSE SOLO EN ELEMENTOS RACIONALES<\/strong><\/p>

El cambio organizacional ser\u00e1 extremadamente dif\u00edcil en muchos casos si los gerentes conf\u00edan solo en el lado racional, anal\u00edtico y de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas del cerebro para construir su caso. Antes de que puedas obtener<\/p>

su aprobaci\u00f3n, la gente necesita sentir el problema y convencerse de que este en verdad requiere ser atendido.<\/p>

NO LIDIAR PROACTIVAMENTE CON LA RESISTENCIA<\/strong><\/p>

No es posible estar enterado de todas las fuentes de resistencia al cambio. Esperar que haya resistencia y estar preparado para lidiar con esta es un paso proactivo. Es mucho mejor anticipar las objeciones que invertir tu tiempo apagando incendios. Saber c\u00f3mo superar la resistencia al cambio es parte vital de cualquier plan de gesti\u00f3n del cambio.<\/p>

ASUMIR QUE LOS DEM\u00c1S REACCIONAR\u00c1N IGUAL QUE T\u00da<\/strong><\/p>

No esperes ni remotamente que los dem\u00e1s tengan la misma reacci\u00f3n que t\u00fa. Sin importar cual sea el catalizador para el cambio, los empleados ser\u00e1n los que determinar\u00e1n si este tiene \u00e9xito. Las organizaciones no cambian, la gente lo hace o no lo hace.<\/p>

FALTA DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>

Las comunicaciones sobre la gesti\u00f3n del cambio deben enfocarse en cada segmento de la fuerza de trabajo y entregarse de forma bidireccional. Esto le permitir\u00e1 a las personas encontrar sentido al cambio subjetivamente.<\/p>
